Our Story
Welcome to Chamo, a global F&B brand that celebrates the vibrant flavors of South America, crafted with care and passion. The name Chamo - a South American slang term for “friend,” “dude,” or “brother”- captures our commitment to bringing people together through food that’s warm, inviting, and full of flavor.
Chamo was born in the North of England, created by a team of chefs from diverse backgrounds who shared a vision: to transform their local dining scene with food that is fresh, high-quality, and accessible. Frustrated by the lack of exciting options in their area, they set out to create a menu that combined South American cuisine with a Western twist.
Today, Chamo has grown to include five locations across the UK and two in Dubai, sharing our unique culinary creations on an international scale. In Dubai, our central kitchen serves popular delivery platforms such as Talabat, Careem, Noon, and Deliveroo, while our Global Village site focuses on indulgent desserts and treats inspired by South America.

We called in wanting to share a couple of dishes and were well impressed. Already planning a non sharing return as we really enjoyed the fresh, clean, tasty offerings. Not so many tables so personal preference would be to book if you were visiting in groups of 3 or me. Very friendly staff and wonderfully presented, tasty fare. The tacos were amazing as were the loaded fries. Can't wait to go back and have some of the other styles. Great service and do have to thank them for fitting us 2 in without a booking. The window bar makes a great spot if you are eating alone. You can see why it's popular so, give it a try. Many options to suit all tastes 😋😋We rushed here from Blackburn and did not regret it! My wife and I felt delight from every bite. We watched with what love the chefs prepared dishes for the guests. Our little one also ate her dish with pleasure. Everything made with real care and attention and packed with flavour. Great service and the restaurant was spotless as well. Would highly recommend the lamb flatbread, it was sensational.
